For companies with 250+ employees

We design, integrate and run AI agents inside the ERP, CRM and core systems of large companies. Every rollout starts from a business case, works within your security rules and is measured against numbers agreed upfront.

Where scale costs money

In a company of a thousand people, a few minutes of manual work per task becomes tens of thousands of hours a year. Orders are re-keyed between regional systems, invoices are matched line by line at month end, enquiries wait in shared inboxes, and management sees last month's numbers. Headcount grows with volume, even though much of this work could be done by a system.

A field of blue cubes: scattered at random on the left, lined up in a neat grid on the right
Each cube is one manual actionRepeated at scale, it becomes a system

Cost that scales with volume

Every new market, product line or client segment adds people who process the same documents and data by hand.

Systems that do not talk

ERP, CRM and regional tools each hold part of the truth. People reconcile them in spreadsheets, and the errors surface in audits.

Decisions on old data

Reports are assembled by hand from several systems, so by the time they reach management the numbers are out of date.

A day with agents

What changes in an ordinary day

A few moments from a large company's day. Your scenarios will be your own; we work them out in the briefing.

06:30Before the shift

Overnight orders from six countries are already validated, booked in the ERP and passed to the warehouses. Exceptions wait in one queue.

09:00Monday

The executive summary is ready: revenue by region, open risks and where processes got stuck over the weekend.

31/10Month end

Finance opens the close checklist and 4,000 supplier invoices are already matched, with mismatches routed to their owners.

14:15Any day

A regional director asks how margins moved this quarter and gets an answer drawn from all your systems, with sources.

How we work

From business case to measurable results

We start where the value is clearest, prove it in production on your data and scale only what pays off.

First step

Executive briefing: a working session with a solution architect and a clear view of where to start.

Phase 1

Discovery

scope-dependent

We interview process owners, map your landscape and build a business case with the expected effect of each scenario. If the use case is already defined, we go straight to the pilot.

Phase 2

task-dependent

We launch one solution in production on your real data and measure the numbers before and after.

per plan

We scale across departments and countries, integrate the systems and train your teams.

Questions

Frequently asked

Did not find the answer? Ask it in the briefing.

How is a project priced?

We quote after discovery: the budget depends on the processes, the systems and the data volumes. You get a business case for each scenario and decide where to start.

How do we know it will pay off?

Before the pilot we agree on the metrics with you: processing time, manual hours, error rate or cost per transaction. We measure them on your data before and after, and scale only what pays off.

Can you work with our procurement and security teams?

Yes. We sign NDAs and data processing agreements, answer security questionnaires and provide the documentation your IT, security and legal teams need.

Who owns the result?

Rights to the code, the agent settings and the knowledge bases are set out in the contract before work starts.

Is our data safe? What about GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Models can run in your infrastructure or in EU data centres. We sign a Data Processing Agreement under GDPR, assess each use case against the EU AI Act, and agents that talk to people say that they are AI. More in the security section.

Do we have to replace our systems?

No. We connect to what already works, including legacy systems: through APIs, events or, where nothing else exists, secure automation of the user interface.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Agents work with checks and confidence thresholds. Unclear cases go to a person, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

Do you run the solution after launch?

If you need it: operations under an SLA, quality monitoring and new scenarios. Terms are agreed per project.

Where are you based and which languages do you work in?

Eastern Digital Services s.r.o. is registered in Slovakia, and the team works remotely across Europe. We work in English, French and Russian.
